Epic PB Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Epic Professional Billing (PB) Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the PB credit resolution process, including clearing and reconciliation workflows
• Provide guidance and support to staff managing PB credits to ensure timely and accurate resolution
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve and streamline Epic PB workflows

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Epic Professional Billing (PB) experience required
• In-depth understanding of PB operational workflows and best practices
• Proven experience managing or supporting PB credit resolution processes
• Epic certification in PB (preferred but not required)
• Experience with both PB and HB is a plus, but PB expertise is required
