Epic PB/HB Analyst
Job Summary
To support a post go-live optimization project at a large health system, the full-time Epic PB/HB Analyst will diagnose billing and claim-edit issues, correct upstream workflow and data-quality issues, and collaborate with leadership to enhance revenue capture and integrity in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose billing or claim-edit issues directly within the Epic build
- Correct upstream workflow, build/configuration, and data-quality issues while reducing outstanding inventory
- Collaborate with track leaders to focus on areas of highest impact
Required qualifications
- Epic PB and/or HB certifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
- Strong charge capture analysis and revenue integrity skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
