Epic PB Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic PB Manager to lead a critical Epic Professional Billing consolidation project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 8 Epic PB analysts, ensuring completion of all build and configuration tasks
• Conduct daily team stand-ups to review status, identify blockers, and maintain project momentum
• Serve as the primary liaison between the technical team and operations leadership to clarify requirements and facilitate decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Epic PB teams, ideally from a hands-on analyst to a manager or consultant role
• Recent, hands-on experience as an Epic PB analyst
• Strong understanding of the Epic implementation lifecycle, including consolidation projects and go-live readiness
• Epic PB Certification is required
• Proficiency with standard Epic project structures, such as workgroups and build tasks
