Job Summary
Joining a major health system on the West Coast, the full-time salaried Senior Application Advisor will serve as the primary analyst and application owner for the Epic Phoenix (Transplant) application, providing ongoing support and optimization in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide business-as-usual support, including incident resolution and ongoing application maintenance
- Lead application build, workflow optimization, and configuration for the Epic Phoenix application
- Support Epic upgrades through testing, release planning, and go-live activities
Required qualifications
- Epic Phoenix (Transplant) certification
- Experience as a primary analyst, application owner, or application lead
- Strong background in production support and application optimization
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage application responsibilities
- Willingness to support Pacific Time hours during day-call rotation
