Epic Prelude Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Prelude Analyst to support Patient Access workflows and manage Epic and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts analysis of workflows, data collection, and technical issues related to Epic EHR and third-party applications
• Collects requirements for system enhancements and prepares specifications for implementation
• Participates in system testing, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure data integrity and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Revenue Cycle operations or Information Technology required
• Experience with Electronic Health Records and patient access processes required
• Epic certification in one or more modules, such as Cadence or Prelude, required
• Advanced understanding of application software development and healthcare regulatory needs
