EPIC Principal IT Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal IT Trainer, Revenue Cycle (HB/PB).

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains comprehensive Revenue Cycle training materials for EPIC applications
• Delivers instructor-led classroom training, virtual training, and e-learning modules
• Provides ongoing support to the training team and conducts train-the-trainer sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of relevant work experience
• Certification in Hospital Billing (HB) and/or Professional Billing (PB)
• Proven experience in developing training materials and delivering training in various formats
• Strong understanding of EPIC systems and Revenue Cycle workflows
