Epic Principal Trainer

Job Summary

Supporting clinical application training initiatives, the full-time Epic Principal Trainer will collaborate with senior trainers and cross-functional teams to develop curricula, assist in training delivery, and ensure readiness for system implementations in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sr Principal Trainers in developing and maintaining role-based curricula and training materials
• Assist with training readiness activities, including environment validation and content reviews
• Participate in training delivery and provide support during instructor-led sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or enterprise training
• Hands-on Epic experience in an operational, training, or support capacity
• Strong communication and organizational skills
