Epic Principal Trainer - California

Job Summary

To support a large-scale Epic training and education program, the contract Epic Principal Trainer - Inpatient Orders will develop curriculum, drive provider adoption, and ensure learning excellence for inpatient workflows while working remotely from San Diego, CA.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training materials and educational programs for clinical end users
• Deliver Epic training to providers and clinical stakeholders across multiple hospital sites
• Assess learning gaps and measure competency outcomes to enhance operational success

Required qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in education, training, or learning development within a healthcare environment
• Current EpicCare Inpatient Orders Principal Trainer certification
• Current Epic Training Environment Build certification
• Experience in developing curriculum and training materials for clinical staff
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple departments and leadership teams
