Epic Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Product Owner/Enterprise PM to lead large-scale initiatives in a product-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop epics aligned to strategic modernization initiatives
• Lead refinement sessions to define features and value outcomes with business and technical stakeholders
• Coordinate with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to initiate and align development work tied to assigned epics

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an Enterprise PM, Epic Owner, or Product Owner in large-scale enterprise delivery
• Proven success managing large, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
• Proactive, driver mindset with a focus on clarity and outcomes
• Comfortable working in organizational transformation and change environments
• Product or SAFe-related certification
