Epic Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Product Owner/Enterprise PM to lead large-scale initiatives in a product-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop epics aligned to strategic modernization initiatives within Claims Adjudication
• Lead refinement sessions to define features and value outcomes, and partner with Product Managers to decompose epics into features
• Monitor, track, and communicate epic progress to key stakeholders while providing operational support across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an Enterprise PM, Epic Owner, or Product Owner in large-scale enterprise delivery
• Proven success managing large, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
• Product or SAFe-related certification
• Proactive mindset with a pragmatic, outcome-focused approach to Agile and SAFe practices
• Comfortable working in organizational transformation and change environments
