Epic Products Analyst Certification Required

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Products Analyst who will provide direct support for Epic applications within healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend meetings to review end-user performance, track issues, and monitor system capabilities
• Perform workflow analysis, collect data, produce reports, and troubleshoot application issues
• Collaborate with teams to analyze business operations and implement system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, healthcare administration, business, computer science, information systems, informatics, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Epic certification in the primary build application required within six months of appointment
• Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare operations or IT field
• Exposure to or experience with Epic or other electronic health record software products preferred
