Epic Professional Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day stability and continuous improvement in Epic Professional Billing, the full-time remote Epic Professional Billing Analyst will resolve tickets, handle break-fix issues, and deliver optimization projects to ensure smooth operations for healthcare clients.

Key responsibilities

• Triage and resolve incoming tickets, clarifying issues and determining urgency for prompt resolution
• Handle break-fix work by troubleshooting workflows, identifying root causes, and implementing tested fixes
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders and internal teams regarding status, timelines, and risks

Required qualifications

• Current Epic certification in Professional Billing
• 2+ years of experience in an analyst role focused on problem-solving, requirements gathering, testing, and system implementation (Analyst Level)
• 4-5+ years of experience delivering analyst work, including complex system changes and risk management (Senior Analyst Level)
• Broad working knowledge of Epic Professional Billing and related workflows
• Experience with structured delivery practices, including requirements traceability and test planning
