Epic Professional Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day stability and continuous improvement in Epic Professional Billing, the full-time remote Epic Professional Billing Analyst will manage ticket triage, troubleshoot workflows, and implement optimization projects to ensure smooth operations for healthcare clients.

Key responsibilities

• Triage and resolve incoming tickets, clarifying issues and determining urgency for prompt resolution
• Handle break-fix work by troubleshooting workflows, identifying root causes, and implementing tested fixes
• Configure and update Epic build within the specialty area, ensuring documentation is clean and traceable

Required qualifications

• Current Epic certification in Professional Billing
• 2+ years of experience in an analyst role for the Analyst level; 4-5+ years for the Senior Analyst level
• Broad working knowledge of Epic Professional Billing, including exposure to claims and remittance workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to frame ambiguous issues into clear problem statements
• Experience in regulated environments emphasizing consistency and traceability is a plus
