Epic Professional Billing Business Process Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Professional Billing Business Process Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic input to senior leadership for Revenue Cycle solutions, including transformation, optimization, process improvement, training, and implementation
• Assess, develop, and implement recommendations for optimizing revenue cycle operations within charging, billing, follow-up, and self-pay/customer service units
• Partner with operational stakeholders to integrate, monitor, and communicate progress on goals or solutions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Billing
• Knowledge of revenue cycle processes, specifically in an Epic ambulatory EHR platform
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to speak to and drive operational key metrics
• Specific knowledge in managing and improving complex operational systems and revenue cycle functions across multiple platforms
