Job Summary

Leading the day-to-day service delivery for Epic Professional Billing, the remote Epic Professional Billing Manager will manage incidents, requests, and enhancements while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure strong performance and client success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead service delivery for Epic Professional Billing, addressing incidents and project work
• Act as the main escalation point, partnering with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain performance
• Manage, coach, and develop team members, supporting their performance and career growth

Required qualifications

• Epic Certification in Professional Billing and/or Resolute Hospital Billing
• 5+ years of experience supporting healthcare providers and executing complex IT managed services delivery
• 5+ years of experience with end-to-end delivery of software and technology platforms
• 2+ years of technology leadership experience with direct management of teams
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on collaboration across functional groups
