Epic Professional Billing Manager

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day service delivery for Epic Professional Billing, the remote Epic Professional Billing Manager will lead incident resolution, enhance team performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in healthcare IT services.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead service delivery for Epic Professional Billing, addressing incidents, requests, and project work
• Act as the main escalation point, partnering with internal and client stakeholders to resolve issues
• Manage and develop team members while supporting performance and career growth

Required qualifications:

• Epic Certification in Professional Billing and/or Resolute Hospital Billing
• 5+ years of experience supporting healthcare providers and executing complex IT managed services delivery
• 5+ years of experience with end-to-end delivery of software applications and technology platforms
• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting scalable technology solutions for clients
• 2+ years of technology leadership experience with direct team leadership
