Job Summary

Leading day-to-day service delivery for Epic Professional Billing, the remote IT Manager will manage incidents, requests, and enhancements while serving as the main escalation point for internal and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery for Epic Professional Billing, ensuring effective incident and request management
• Collaborate with leadership and project teams on planning, prioritization, and best practices
• Manage and develop team members to support performance and career growth

Required qualifications

• Epic Certification in Professional Billing and/or Resolute Hospital Billing
• 5+ years of experience supporting healthcare providers and/or organizations
• 5+ years of experience leading complex IT managed services delivery
• 5+ years of experience delivering software applications and technology platforms
• 2+ years of technology leadership experience with direct team management
