Epic Professional Billing Manager
Job Summary
To support healthcare organizations in optimizing their revenue cycle, the full-time remote Epic Professional Billing Project Manager will manage Epic Resolute Professional Billing implementations, troubleshoot billing issues, and oversee post-go-live stabilization efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple workstreams related to Epic Professional Billing, ensuring timely resolution of charge issues and operational performance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess workflows, system configurations, and impacts on charge capture and billing processes
- Develop and present executive-level status reports, dashboards, and corrective action plans to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting Epic Resolute Professional Billing and healthcare revenue cycle operations
- Current Epic Resolute PB certification
- Strong experience in troubleshooting professional billing charge issues and coordinating resolutions
- Proven ability to assess revenue cycle workflows and system configurations affecting billing
- Experience managing multiple issues and workstreams, including risk tracking and executive reporting
