EPIC Proficient BI Developer
Job Summary
To enhance systems and processes, the full-time remote EPIC Proficient BI Developer will lead the design and implementation of analytical solutions, manage relationships across project teams, and perform data analysis to support strategic business decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of database structures and business intelligence tools to create analytical solutions
- Perform data analysis and develop queries, programs, and automation to ensure accurate reporting
- Lead data requirements gathering for problem identification, resolution, and solution design
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or Hospital Administration, or 4 years of data analytics experience
- EPIC official designation of Proficient required within the new hire probationary period
- 1 year of experience with relational database structures, including design and troubleshooting
- 1 year of experience in data analysis and/or healthcare planning
- Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and SQL/Oracle
