Job Summary
Leading strategic initiatives, the full-time Epic Program Director will provide operational oversight of Epic application workflows, system optimization, and end-user enablement while working remotely within Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Epic upgrades, ensuring readiness and successful adoption across clinical and operational areas
- Champion Epic optimization programs to enhance workflow efficiency and feature utilization, while monitoring adoption metrics
- Oversee comprehensive testing strategies across the Epic application lifecycle, ensuring system functionality and workflow performance prior to go-live
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- At least 7 years of experience in information technology services, including 3 years in program or process management and 2 years in a supervisory role
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level Epic programs in complex healthcare environments
- Preferred certifications include ITIL, Lean/Six Sigma, or PMP
- Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders around organizational priorities
