Epic Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Information Services program for a Cancer Center activation, the remote Epic Program Manager will coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of Epic-related work, ensuring alignment across applications, third-party systems, and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program management activities for the Epic activation, maintaining an integrated implementation schedule
• Coordinate cross-functional activities, monitor program progress, and facilitate issue resolution
• Prepare executive dashboards and status reports, supporting overall IT readiness for go-live assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7-10 years of healthcare IT project or program management experience
• Experience supporting Epic implementations or major Epic activation projects
• Strong understanding of Epic implementation methodologies and healthcare operational workflows
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives through influence in a matrixed environment
