Job Summary

Driving and organizing project operations, the contract-to-hire Epic Program Manager will manage project intake, scoping, and status reporting while working remotely and being available for occasional onsite visits.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize project operations from conception to delivery
• Create and implement workflows and processes with a portfolio-management approach
• Facilitate change management and communication to ensure stakeholder understanding and engagement

Required qualifications

• Experience in Epic revenue cycle management
• Strong project management skills with a focus on intake and scoping
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in creating and implementing structured workflows
• Ability to manage change and foster understanding across teams
