Epic Provisioning Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Identity and Access Management team, the remote Epic Provisioning Analyst will manage user access, create and maintain Epic accounts, and ensure compliance with security policies while working 40 hours per week on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user access, provisioning, deprovisioning, and account maintenance
• Create and maintain Epic user accounts in accordance with established security policies
• Serve as a liaison between the Identity and Access Management team and end users, communicating requirements and timelines

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or two years of related professional experience
• Previous experience supporting user access, account provisioning, or identity management
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Strong initiative, flexibility, and accountability
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following security policies
