Job Summary

Providing high-level support for mid-complexity projects, the full-time remote Epic Radiant Certified Analyst will analyze EHR applications, lead initiatives, and develop educational programs for end users while acting as a liaison between customers and support staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage mid-complexity projects related to EHR applications
• Develop and implement educational programs for end users, assessing their competence during training
• Act as a liaison between customers and support staff to resolve application issues effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or 6 years of experience in a related field
• Epic Radiant Certification preferred
• Experience with Epic Cupid and Epic Radiant applications preferred
• Ability to plan and implement technology learning programs
• Strong aptitude for translating customer requirements into feasible application options
