Job Summary
To support smooth imaging and surgical workflows, the full-time Epic Radiant/OpTime Analyst will manage ticket resolution, diagnose issues, and build and test changes in Epic Radiant while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day functionality of the Radiant department, ensuring workflows run as intended and resolving tickets efficiently
- Diagnose reported issues by analyzing workflows and data to identify root causes and contributing factors
- Build, test, and validate changes in Epic Radiant to meet expectations and support OpTime and Cardiology interface workqueues as needed
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in analyst work focused on problem solving, requirements gathering, testing, and solution implementation
- Active Epic Radiant and Epic OpTime certifications required at the time of hire
- Hands-on experience with Radiant and knowledge of operational and clinical workflows, ideally in a health system or consulting setting
- Ability to work autonomously and manage responsibilities from start to finish
- Strong analytical skills to investigate root causes and recommend effective solutions
