Job Summary

Overseeing a team of analysts, the full-time Team Lead - Epic Radiant will manage the coordination, training, and implementation of Epic Radiant and other clinical applications, ensuring proper support and execution of projects in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team providing day-to-day support for assigned applications, ensuring documentation and support procedures are up to date
• Facilitate resolution of application issues and manage relationships between technical teams and departmental owners
• Plan and oversee projects utilizing recognized project management methodologies, including requirements definition and post-implementation support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Epic Radiant certification required
• Five years of information systems experience as a senior clinical/business analyst or project manager
• Demonstrated management ability and strong analytical skills
• Solid understanding of medical terminology, technology, and clinical workflows
