Job Summary
Providing day-to-day leadership for an Epic Radiant team, the full-time remote Epic Radiant Team Lead will serve as a subject matter expert, manage team workload, and partner with clinical and IT stakeholders to deliver effective Epic solutions.

- Lead and direct the Epic Radiant team, ensuring accountability and momentum
- Prioritize and coordinate team projects, enhancements, and ongoing support
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide visibility into progress and challenges
Required qualifications
- Current Epic Radiant certification
- Strong hands-on experience with Epic Radiant support, implementation, or optimization
- Previous experience as a team lead or senior-level Radiant analyst
- Understanding of radiology workflows and operational processes supported by Epic Radiant
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a complex healthcare environment
