Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Products Analyst, Sr- Epic Referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts meetings to review end-user performance and system capabilities
• Performs workflow analysis and produces reports to support decision-making for Epic software
• Monitors system performance and troubleshoots application issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science, healthcare administration, computer science, information systems, informatics, or a related field
• Epic certification in the primary build application required within six months of appointment
• Minimum of three years of experience in an information technology field
• Experience with Epic or other electronic health record software products preferred
• Associate's or high school diploma with relevant work experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree
