Job Summary

To support healthcare organizations in overcoming their challenges, the full-time remote Epic Referrals/MyChart Analyst will drive strategic process improvement, manage complex projects, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and implement Epic Referrals and MyChart solutions to enhance client operations
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address process improvement opportunities
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Epic Referrals and MyChart certifications
• 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
• Epic Cadence certification preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
