Job Summary

Seeking a strategic Epic Refuel Project Manager, the contract position offers a remote work environment with occasional travel to Texas, focusing on leading large-scale system optimization and implementation initiatives across clinical, revenue cycle, and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish governance structures and drive accountability across cross-functional teams
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources for Epic applications
• Serve as the central point of contact between Epic, internal teams, and executive stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Epic modules and Refuel best practices
• Proven leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in project planning, tracking, and reporting in a healthcare IT environment
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
