Epic Refuel Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic Epic Refuel Project Manager to lead large-scale system optimization and implementation initiatives in a remote contract role, focusing on bridging clinical, revenue cycle, and IT teams to enhance operational efficiency with occasional travel to Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Establish governance structures and drive accountability across cross-functional teams
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources for Epic applications
• Serve as the central point of contact between Epic, internal teams, and executive stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Epic modules such as EpicCare, Resolute, and Cadence
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders
• Proficiency in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress in healthcare IT
• Strong understanding of change management and user adoption strategies
• Experience ensuring compliance with HIPAA and internal security standards
