Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Population Health Reporting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, configuration, and implementation of initiatives within the Population Health domain
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to define project scope and execute report build and validation
• Provide support during the implementation process of various reporting initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Cogito Certification - Clinical Data Model
• Significant experience with Epic reporting tools (e.g., Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, RW SQL)
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within structured timelines
