Epic Research Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare organizations in overcoming complex challenges, the full-time Epic Research Analyst will lead the design and configuration of Epic Research, manage incident queues, and collaborate with stakeholders, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, build, and configuration of Epic Research systems
• Manage incident queue in ServiceNow, ensuring timely issue resolution and documentation
• Create and maintain comprehensive system build documentation and test scripts for various testing phases

Required qualifications:

• Epic Research certification, with additional certifications in related Epic modules preferred
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience as an Epic Analyst, Builder, or Consultant in a healthcare environment
• Familiarity with Epic reporting tools such as Clarity, Caboodle, and SlicerDicer preferred
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system preferred
• In-depth knowledge of clinical or operational workflows in the Research Community
