Epic Research Applications Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applications Analyst II - Epic Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret federal regulations to develop solutions for EHR systems
• Support customers in defining business processes and identifying enabling technologies
• Diagnose and resolve software issues while coordinating multi-system solutions

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis
• Preferred Epic proficiency or certification in Epic Research module
• Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement is desirable
• Strong understanding of project management concepts in a cross-functional environment
