Job Summary

To enhance business processes through technology solutions, the full-time remote Epic Resolute HB Analyst will serve as a senior business specialist, providing technical guidance and acting as a liaison with vendors while managing complex projects and advising on information systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Align technology solutions with business strategies by identifying opportunities for improvement
• Act as a technical consultant, offering expertise on complex projects and strategic planning matters
• Maintain effective working relationships with customer management and IT personnel to facilitate project execution

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit collaboration with IT
• Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
• Active Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration Certification, with SBO preferred
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
