Epic Resolute HB Analyst II

Job Summary

Working primarily remotely from the Dallas-Fort Worth area, the full-time Epic Resolute HB Analyst II will manage the design, build, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of applications within the IT Revenue Cycle Business Applications Department.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build applications to meet user requirements for optimized workflows
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to application software and related technologies
• Ensure quality control of all application implementations and provide ongoing maintenance and support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, clinical discipline, or related field (preferred)
• 4 years of relevant work experience without a degree, or 2 years with an Associate's degree, or 1 year with a Bachelor's degree (required)
• 2 years of Hospital Revenue Cycle Operations experience (preferred)
• Epic Certification (required)
• 5 years of Epic Resolute HB experience (highly preferred)
