Epic Resolute PB Analyst

Job Summary

To support immediate needs, the contract Epic Resolute PB Application Analyst will provide Epic PB and Claims support for Community Connect sites while working remotely for a duration of three months.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Epic PB and Claims support for Community Connect sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and workflow issues
• Work with end users and internal teams to address ongoing PB and Claims needs

Required qualifications

• Epic Resolute PB certification
• Epic PB Claims certification
• Strong Epic PB and Claims experience
• Community Connect experience preferred
• Ability to quickly support an immediate backfill need
