Job Summary

Supporting a commercial health revenue cycle technology initiative, the remote Epic Revenue Cycle Analytics Associate Director will lead workstreams focused on Epic revenue cycle performance, hospital billing optimization, and executive decision support.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading Epic revenue cycle technology and analytics workstreams for a commercial health client
• Partnering with client executives and operational leaders to support hospital billing performance improvement
• Developing executive presentations and client-facing deliverables while translating revenue cycle data into actionable insights

Required qualifications:

• Strong experience in healthcare revenue cycle and Epic revenue cycle technology
• Experience supporting Epic revenue cycle implementation and performance improvement initiatives
• Strong understanding of hospital and professional billing workflows
• Experience defining KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements
• Ability to translate revenue cycle issues into data-driven insights and operational recommendations
