Epic Revenue Cycle Analytics Director

Job Summary

To support a commercial health revenue cycle technology and analytics initiative, the remote Epic Revenue Cycle Analytics Associate Director will lead workstreams focused on Epic revenue cycle performance, hospital billing optimization, and executive decision support in a contract-to-hire capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Leading Epic revenue cycle technology and analytics workstreams for a commercial health client
• Partnering with client executives, operational leaders, IT teams, and revenue cycle stakeholders to improve hospital billing performance
• Translating revenue cycle data and operational trends into actionable recommendations and developing executive presentations

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in healthcare revenue cycle, Epic revenue cycle technology, or revenue cycle transformation
• Experience supporting Epic revenue cycle implementation, optimization, or performance improvement initiatives
• Strong understanding of hospital billing, claims, and patient financial services workflows
• Experience defining KPIs, metric logic, and reporting requirements
• Ability to translate revenue cycle issues into data-driven insights and operational recommendations
