Job Summary

Seeking an Epic Revenue Cycle Analytics Associate Director, this remote contract-to-hire position will lead workstreams focused on Epic revenue cycle technology, analytics, and operational performance while partnering with client executives and stakeholders to drive hospital billing optimization and reporting enablement.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading Epic revenue cycle technology and analytics workstreams for a commercial health client
• Supporting hospital billing performance improvement through metric definition, baseline analysis, and executive-ready insights
• Translating revenue cycle data and operational trends into actionable recommendations for performance monitoring and optimization

Required qualifications:

• Strong experience in healthcare revenue cycle, Epic revenue cycle technology, or revenue cycle transformation
• Experience supporting Epic revenue cycle implementation, optimization, and performance improvement initiatives
• Strong understanding of hospital billing, claims, denials, and revenue integrity workflows
• Experience defining KPIs, dashboards, and reporting requirements for performance improvement
• Ability to translate revenue cycle issues into data-driven insights and operational recommendations
