Epic Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Epic Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst, this remote-eligible position will manage application software support, enhance workflows, and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to improve patient safety and departmental efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct project management activities, including analysis, design, implementation, and support of assigned application software
• Evaluate systems and prepare analysis of alternatives to implement enhancements for improved workflow and process
• Consult extensively with clinical staff and administrative users to assist in the effective use of applications and maintain operational efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Epic Home Health, Hospice, Revenue Cycle experience and certification
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or 2-5 years of relevant healthcare/IT experience
• Previous experience in clinical information systems implementation and project management
• Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• ITIL course completion within one year of hire
