Epic Revenue Cycle Associate Director

Job Summary

Leading Epic revenue cycle technology and analytics workstreams, the remote Epic Revenue Cycle Analytics Associate Director will support a commercial health project focused on hospital billing optimization, reporting enablement, and executive decision support.

Key responsibilities:

• Partnering with client executives and operational leaders to drive performance improvement initiatives
• Defining KPI logic, reporting requirements, and dashboard needs to support data-driven insights
• Translating revenue cycle data and operational trends into actionable recommendations and executive presentations

Required qualifications:

• Strong experience in healthcare revenue cycle and Epic revenue cycle technology
• Experience supporting Epic revenue cycle implementation and performance improvement initiatives
• Understanding of hospital billing, claims, and patient financial services workflows
• Ability to define KPIs and translate revenue cycle issues into operational recommendations
• Experience leading workstreams and communicating with stakeholders at various levels
