Job Summary

Supporting a commercial health revenue cycle technology initiative, the remote Epic Revenue Cycle Analytics Associate Director will lead workstreams in Epic revenue cycle performance, hospital billing optimization, and executive decision support.

Key responsibilities

• Leading Epic revenue cycle technology and analytics workstreams for a commercial health client
• Partnering with client executives and operational leaders to support hospital billing performance improvement through metric definition and reporting enablement
• Translating revenue cycle data and operational trends into actionable recommendations and developing executive presentations

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in healthcare revenue cycle, Epic revenue cycle technology, or revenue cycle transformation
• Experience supporting Epic revenue cycle implementation, optimization, or performance improvement initiatives
• Strong understanding of hospital billing, claims, denials, and revenue integrity workflows
• Experience defining KPIs, dashboards, and performance improvement measures
• Ability to translate revenue cycle issues into data-driven insights and operational recommendations
