Epic Revenue Cycle Associate Director

Job Summary

To support a commercial health revenue cycle technology initiative, the remote Epic Revenue Cycle Analytics Associate Director will lead workstreams focused on Epic revenue cycle performance, hospital billing optimization, and executive decision support while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Leading Epic revenue cycle technology and analytics workstreams for a commercial health client
• Partnering with client executives and operational leaders to improve hospital billing performance through metric definition and reporting enablement
• Translating revenue cycle data and operational trends into actionable recommendations and developing executive presentations

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in healthcare revenue cycle and Epic revenue cycle technology
• Experience supporting Epic revenue cycle implementation and performance improvement initiatives
• Strong understanding of hospital billing, claims, and patient financial services workflows
• Experience defining KPIs, dashboards, and reporting requirements
• Ability to translate revenue cycle issues into data-driven insights and operational recommendations
