Epic Revenue Cycle Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting a commercial health revenue cycle technology initiative, the remote Epic Revenue Cycle Technology Senior Consultant will focus on implementation, optimization, testing, and application support for Epic revenue cycle workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting Epic revenue cycle implementation, optimization, stabilization, and application support workstreams
• Analyzing current-state workflows and assisting in the design, testing, and support of future-state solutions
• Collaborating with operational users, Epic application teams, IT, and revenue cycle stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance workflows

Required qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Epic revenue cycle applications and workflows
• Experience in one or more Epic revenue cycle areas such as hospital billing, claims and remittance, or revenue integrity
• Knowledge of Epic build/configuration, testing, and post-live stabilization
• Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle workflows and their impact on billing and reimbursement
• Ability to work effectively in a remote consulting environment with diverse stakeholders
