Epic Revenue Cycle Consultant

Job Summary

To support a commercial health revenue cycle technology initiative, the remote Epic Revenue Cycle Technology Managing Consultant will own day-to-day delivery across Epic revenue cycle technology and analytics workstreams, focusing on optimizing billing workflows, reporting processes, and operational performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Owning day-to-day delivery for Epic revenue cycle technology and analytics workstreams
• Leading client working sessions with operational and technical stakeholders
• Analyzing revenue cycle trends and workflow gaps to identify improvement opportunities

Required qualifications:

• Experience in Epic revenue cycle technology or healthcare IT delivery
• Hands-on understanding of Epic revenue cycle workflows, including hospital and professional billing
• Experience supporting Epic implementations and optimizations
• Ability to support KPI tracking and performance improvement efforts
• Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills
