Job Summary

Leading Epic revenue cycle technology and analytics workstreams, the remote Epic Revenue Cycle Analytics Associate Director will support a commercial health project focused on hospital billing optimization, reporting enablement, and performance improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across Epic revenue cycle technology and analytics for a commercial health client
• Partner with client executives and operational leaders to support hospital billing performance improvement through metric definition and reporting enablement
• Translate revenue cycle data and operational trends into actionable recommendations while developing executive presentations and client-facing deliverables

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in healthcare revenue cycle, Epic revenue cycle technology, or revenue cycle transformation
• Experience supporting Epic revenue cycle implementation, optimization, or performance improvement initiatives
• Strong understanding of hospital and professional billing, claims, and revenue integrity workflows
• Experience defining KPIs, dashboards, and reporting requirements for performance improvement
• Ability to translate revenue cycle issues into data-driven insights and operational recommendations
