Epic Revenue Cycle Director
Job Summary
To support healthcare transformation initiatives, the temporary Healthcare Epic Revenue Cycle Director will manage complex application implementations and optimize Revenue Cycle processes while working remotely for a contract period of 3-4 months with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the management of teams and healthcare technology initiatives related to Revenue Cycle operations
- Lead complex application implementations and optimization initiatives for Epic or other major Revenue Cycle platforms
- Collaborate with senior executives in Revenue Cycle, Finance, and IT to drive transformation programs
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare IT or Revenue Cycle technology
- 5+ years of leadership experience in managing teams and complex healthcare technology projects
- Strong understanding of healthcare Revenue Cycle processes in hospital and professional billing environments
- Significant experience supporting Epic or other enterprise healthcare Revenue Cycle platforms
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a complex health system environment
