Epic Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Integrity Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Epic revenue cycle projects, including implementations and optimizations
• Provide project leadership across core Epic Revenue Cycle modules and collaborate with various stakeholders to align functionality with business needs
• Facilitate meetings and serve as the primary liaison between revenue cycle operations and IT teams to ensure project alignment and communication

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Epic revenue cycle modules (Resolute HB, Resolute PB, Charge Router, Prelude)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end workflows in scheduling, registration, charge capture, billing, claims, denials, and cash posting
• Proven experience in project management and execution in a healthcare setting
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical, financial, and IT leaders
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication with executive sponsors
