Epic Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Revenue Cycle Manager who will lead the planning and optimization of Epic revenue cycle applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Epic revenue cycle system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives
• Provide leadership and mentorship to analysts, guiding system build, configuration, workflow design, and issue resolution
• Oversee application lifecycle activities including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience supporting Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, including professional billing and claims management
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing an Epic professional billing or claims team
• Experience leading analysts or managing Epic application teams in a healthcare environment
• Hands-on experience with Epic build, workflow design, and system optimization in partnership with revenue cycle operational leaders
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred, or an Associate's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
